What is a seat?

Seats give users access to Figma’s products, and are designed to support different user workflows. A user only needs one seat to access functionality across multiple products.


The Full seat includes full access to all Figma products, including Figma Design, Dev Mode, Figma Slides, FigJam, and Figma Sites.


The Dev seat full access to Dev Mode, Figma Slides, and FigJam. It also gives users view and comment access in Figma Design files.


The Collab seat includes full access to Figma Slides and FigJam. It also gives users view and comment access in Figma Design files. It does not include access to Dev Mode; basic inspection only.


The View seat is a free seat that gives users view and comment access to Figma Design, Figma Slides, and FigJam. It does not include access to Dev Mode; basic inspection only.
